- Rate: 19.5%–30.0% per annum (AEIR 20.0%–35.0%)
- Amount: ₸30,000,000 to ₸100,000,000
- Term: 13 months to 20 years
- Commission fees: 0 KZT
- Mandatory requirements: real estate as collateral; confirmed official income for the last 6 months
