Technical problems transferring money from the Bank's payment cards to payment cards of other second-tier banks of Kazakhstan

Hereby, Shinhan Bank Kazakhstan JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) notifies that at the moment there are technical problems when transferring money from the Bank's payment cards to payment cards of other second-tier banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

These problems are related to the global transition of the Visa International Payment System from the Visa 3DS 2.1 standard version to the Visa 3DS 2.2 standard version and its shutdown from September 26, 2024.

The Bank is working to quickly eliminate these technical problems.
