European Bank for Reconstruction and Development joined forces with Shinhan Bank Kazakhstan JSC

On February 16, 2024, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development joined forces with Shinhan Bank Kazakhstan JSC and signed the RSF (Risk-Sharing Framework) framework agreement, under which partner banks will provide the necessary funds and create new growth opportunities for local enterprises.

The agreement was signed by the Chairman of the Board of Shinhan Bank Kazakhstan JSC, Mr. Jo Yong Eun, and the Managing Director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for Central Asia, Ms. Zsuzsanna Hargitay.

On February 19, 2024, within the framework of the RSF agreement, an agreement was signed to open a credit line between Shinhan Bank Kazakhstan JSC, represented by Member of the Board Vitaly Kim, and KCDS Atakent JSC, represented by President Azat Rustamovich Jenbaev. The purpose of the agreement is the construction of a new modern fitness center «Dolphin».
