General Terms of the Bank Service Agreement for Individuals

Dear customers!

Shinhan Bank Kazakhstan JSC (hereinafter — the Bank) hereby notifies you that on 29 April 2025 the Bank's Board of Directors approved the General Terms of the Bank Service Agreement for Individuals of Shinhan Bank Kazakhstan JSC (hereinafter — the General Terms), which come into force on 16 May 2025.

The General Terms supersede all agreements, contracts and other transactions previously concluded between the Bank and individual Customers as at the date of approval of these General Terms.

The General Terms constitute a contract of adhesion whose provisions are identical for all Customers and may be accepted by a Customer only by acceding to this Agreement as a whole, on the basis of the relevant applications in the forms established by the Bank. They govern the procedure for providing banking products and services, as well as the rights, obligations, liability and other particulars of the legal relationship between the Bank and the Customer.

• at the customer service offices.

If a Customer does not agree with the provisions of the General Terms, the Customer has the right to demand termination of previously concluded agreements, contracts and other transactions within 5 (five) business days from the date these General Terms are published on the Bank's corporate website www.shinhan.kz.
