Notification ISO 20022

Dear customer!

We would like to inform you that, starting from January 13, 2025, Shinhan Bank Kazakhstan JSC, in line with other banks in the Republic of Kazakhstan, will transition to the international payment standard ISO 20022 for national currency transactions. Please note that on January 10, 2025, payments will be accepted until 17:00.

After the end of the operating day on January 10, 2025, the bank will stop accepting payments in the MT format. In this regard, from 17:00 on January 10 until 9:00 on January 13, all payments and transfers will be unavailable via Internet Banking.

From 17:00 on January 10, the following functions will be unavailable in the Internet banking system:

• Payment/Transfer → Domestic Transfer;

• Payment/Transfer → Consolidated MT102 Payment.

Other operations will continue to be available as usual.
