Dear customers!

Payment messages in MT format are no longer available for upload for the purpose of making payments and transfers through the Internet Banking system. Since 13 January 2025, as part of Kazakhstan's transition to the ISO 20022 standard, Shinhan Bank Kazakhstan JSC accepts payments and transfers exclusively in MX format (ISO 20022).

Please note that the «Include ISO 20022 format fields» option in 1C only adds the additional fields required by the ISO 20022 standard that were absent from the old MT files. This 1C setting does not, however, convert files into the new MX format (PAIN.001).

For files to upload correctly into Internet Banking, they must be exported in MX format (PAIN.001) in full compliance with the ISO 20022 standard. Preparing valid MX files and configuring 1C for correct export must be carried out by the developers of the customer's company.
