THE BANK'S OBJECTIVE
As a new Bank, our strategic goal is to establish a "solid business foundation for sustainable growth" to complete the set by the concept of development and mission in the Republic of Kazakhstan. To effectively achieve this objective, the Bank will develop the structure of incomes and increase efficiency of its growth.
The main objectives of the Bank are:
provision of quality services to customers of the Bank on the full range of banking products with high-quality services and professionalism in the implementation of innovative solutions in a rapidly developing conditions of the market;
generating revenue through the provision of banking services, banking services to individuals and businesses, residents and nonresidents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, establishing direct contacts with international financial institutions for development of foreign economic relations, improvement and strengthening of business cooperation with foreign organizations.
MAIN TASKS OF THE BANK
To accomplish the main objective, the following tasks have been specified:
to conduct global and timely study of supply and demand in the market of banking services, to expand the list of services offered to customers, with simultaneous upgrade of quality of services provided to customers, to reduce risks arising in the process of banking operations, and simultaneous reduction of tariffs of the Bank and fees by more efficient use of resources of the Bank;
to assess and analyze the factors influencing the demand and the quality of banking services on corporate and private level;
to ensure a high level of professional, high quality and timely services to customers of the Bank in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
to improve technologies used in the conduct of banking operations;
to strive for international standards of doing business and accessing international financial markets.
